[h=2]Christmas & New Years 2014 Shipping Schedule & Holiday Store Hours[/h]Christmas and New Years are both almost here! In celebration we are giving our dedicated and hard-working team the holidays off. Our corporate office, 10 Hawaii retail locations and our warehouse department will be closed in observance of both of these holidays. As mentioned before, Ohana (family) always comes first in our book and we are excited to be able to give all of our VOLCANO Team Members the time that they deserve to spend these holidays with their family and friends.
Due to our observance of both of these holidays, as mentioned above our warehouse will also be closed.
[h=3]This means that shipments will be affected on the following days:[/h][h=4]Wednesday (December 24, 2014): No shipments after 12 noon HST[/h][h=4]Thursday (December 25, 2014): No shipments[/h][h=4]Wednesday (December 31, 2014): No shipments after 12 noon HST[/h][h=4]Thursday (January 1, 2015): No shipments [/h]
So all orders placed through our website after 12 noon on 12/24 or on 12/25 (Christmas) will not be processed until 12/26 when we will commence our normal business hours. This goes the same for orders placed on our website after 12 noon on 12/31 or on 1/1/2015 (New Years Day), these will also not be processed until 1/2/2015.
All of our Hawaii-based locations will be CLOSED on Thursday, December 25, 2014 in observance of Christmas, and will commence normal operating hours on 12/26/2014. Our corporate office and warehouse locations will be CLOSED on Thursday, January 1, 2015 for New Years Day, but please refer to our schedule by location charts on our site as some of our retail locations will be open.
