Not that expect an answer here but what the hell.
Ok received tmy new chrome Bolt and chrome extender today. Looks really nice by the way, but the extender will not thread onto the bottom tube. The threading is different on bottom tube. I even visual compared it to my old bolt and its smaller doesnt go down as far on the new Bolt as it does on old bolt. The new extender works fine on old bolt, threads fine but you can not get it on the new bolt (also tried old extender same thing will not thread on bottom tube). This renders it useless for my application of 2 3V LifePO4s or 18490 and kick. Keep in mind that without extender both parts do thread. Now the only issue here is the bottom tube's threading. Now I have to wonder if this was just an anomoly of this one or has the threading changed and old extender rings are useless now?
Oh just incase someone recommends it I already tried Noalox on the threads but this wont help 2 different types of threading!!
