Hey guys, I ordered another chuck, and paid some extra this time to get it expedited... Can anyone that also paid extra to get it expedited tell me how long it took to get their chuck?

I paid extra and received it about the same time as everyone else who ordered theirs the same time I ordered mine.
How long does it normally take to receive? I ordered a little chuck with no personalization.
That's because i spent 2 sittings trying to photochop your artwork into submission before you sent me the beter pic.
If i had known he was serious about the "bribe" stated in his webpage, i would have asked him "how much?". and ordered accordingly.
I've hinted, and never found out... apparently Jeff isn't the subtle slip the 20 in the waiters hand type

maybe i'll add a 20 on my next order if it means i can have a one-week turnaround

I don't like discussing this publically as some see it as unorthodox. However the fact is that from time to time there are people for whatever reason just MUST HAVE their Chuck sooner. That being the case, I felt a simple "incentive" was a simlper solution that just picking and choosing who gets moved to the top and seemingly choosing favorites.
I don't push the whole bribe thing because if everyone were to throw in extra $ we would be in the same position. Sure it would be nice for me, but there wouldn't be much benefit to my customers.
It's been working pretty well thus far. I get a few here & there and they get done a bit quicker and it does not push back orders as a whole.
How much???? Well, I will leave that to your discretion. I've been persueded with anything from $20 to $75. Needless to say the $75 one got built the same night LOL.
The other impending question is "how"? Well, once you have an Amazon acct. you can do a direct payment of any amount by simply sending it to chucks@thagbuilt.com

Unorthodox, Hell... nothing orthodox about a Chuck anyway. You want the good stuff fast? You gotta pay for it. Waiting is torture but it's part of the experience inmho. If not for all of that what fun would it be?

I was really considering this and even got validation from my partner to go ahead and do this (bribe) However, I don't think half a bill is gonna land me a Chuck before New Orleans next week (leaving the 12th). I will have to suffer and dream about the day I get it

I'd considered it... but didn't want to send like 20$ bucks for fear he would laugh, and I'd still lose 20... but didn't want to give him 200$ when the standard bribe was 30bucks.
I'm such a cheap ......which is why everytime I bribe a waiter I end up sitting by the bus-boy station... and thats in McDonalds..
