It stomps the heck of the eRoll

Thank goodness the eRoll and eVic are working perfect for my needs ... I would hate to go through a ton of cig-a-like systems and VV mods ... seeking the holy grail.

I only wanted to quit smoking ... therefore I am one happy vaper.

Cheers

Believe me, I hate spending money on stuff like this. I hated spending the money on analogs more though. I would much rather take the kids to Busch Gardens or get them new laptops.

I have found what works for me from a delivery standpoint, but not a form factor standpoint. I really enjoy the MVP2 and ProTank, but I want something smaller... way smaller. With my current form factor, I can either vape or do something; not both. I can either pass the football/throw the baseball with my son or vape. I can fold laundry or vape. With analogs, I could do both.

I'll give the other two heads recommended here a go and up the NIC to 24mg and see what's up. I hope to find an auto cig-a-like that hits like an MVP2/Protank or get some really strong lips.

The most potent battery in the cigalikes is the V4L titan. The weakest I have tried are the Blu's and the 3.4v Joye 510's. The regulated 510's are KR808's not much of a match for the high drain batteries.

The amp limit on an eGo is 2.5amps the same as the V4L titan's, these are also very expensive batteries. The other unregulated batteries are not going to sustain their strength since they are not high drain.

1.5 ohms can be done on a Titan, that cannot not be done on any other cigalike battery I am aware of.

Some batteries are using LiFePo4 sells. This is good or bad depending on your goal. LiFePo4 will give you more mAh but cannot pull as much amperage out of them so are weaker.

I have tried almost everything. In how much power you get the best I have tried is the V4L Titans, in 510 the most potent I have tried was a tie between Panda's and another I cannot remember. The eRoll finished in like 6th place.

JJOOHHNN, Do you have any more information on the V4L titan. The VL4 site is completely devoid of information. Such as millamps, C rating or how many times it can be recharged.

Three years ago my journey with vaping began with VL4 cig alikes and I still have one of them. Haven't used for a couple of years because of the 808 thread but it was the best on the market at the time. I dislike buying from a place like that but I am tempted to see how good it is. It would even better if I could find another place that has it. I don't expect to because VL4 orders directly from Chinese factories with their own specifications.

I am a bit confused...are you looking for a cig-look-alike or just a smaller vp?
As for cig-a-likes the two that I've found to be the best would be
Free Greensmoke Starter Kit, while supplies last for new users only

and then the cheapest e9 to 510 adapter I've found (and use) E9 to 510 adapter

So for like $5 to $10 you can't beat a complete kit ;) one battery, one usb charger and some cartomizers and then the adaptor to be able to use any 510 cartomizers or 510 tanks ;)

and the new MarkTen from phillip morris...while it's not a true 510 you can connect 510 devices to it but it won't screw in all the way and makes an airy draw, you can pop the back off of the cartomizer and add your own flavor...so far I've had no dry hits with it and it vapes like a champ for a cig-a-like

When I was doing activities that required two hands I was going right back on analogs. I went through all four versions of the KR808D-1 and tons of different 510 batteries. I got almost a dozen KR808s until I learned there was four different major internal designs.

When I get the eRoll it was a step backwards from two different 510's and got blown away hard by one version of the KR808

I also discovered that if you had to drop it in your pocket when you are lifting something and the item you lift presses against it it will flex at the tank area and leak out.

There might be another high drain KR808D out there. I just have not found it yet.

Use 1.8 ohm cartos and you can tell this is different. Even with 2.5 ohm cartos it beat the eRoll for me.

If the eRoll was my only option for a small device I would be back to analogs while I am being active. The think it too frail for an active environment. It might be fine for something civilized or what collar but I am sorry, but it so too poorly built and is not that strong.

None in this class is the Hammer of Thor but it is not at the top of this class.

It is actually the only device after trying it then examining it made me angry that I had paid money for it.

just for clarification kr808d1=female threaded cartridge male threaded battery.
d2's are the opposite.
myvaporstore.com carries 808d1 batteries in regular size and xl.

regards
mike

Volt and greensmoke are both male threaded 808 but NOT the same one has much shorter threadings than the other. So thee are even MORE variants.

If it comes apart under stress it will not keep you off of analogs.

Where the problem is how the fans of this device present it when you ask specific questions.

Q With a 90mah battery it is going to have to have a massive C-rating to keep up with a 3.7 200mAh battery in terms of watt potential? Well except for LiFePo4.

A. No, it is the hardest hitting, it has clouds of vapor.

Q. How can it do this? Well, I guess it could be if it has a massive C-rating. I read a couple posts where the flavor is muted.

A. This one is the hardest hitting.

Q. OK, I will give it a try but the numbers look funny. You sure?

A. Clouds of smoke.

It arrives.

Muted flavor, do some more reading.... Flavor can be muted. should increase nic content to get throat hit up.

Tried eRoll, so so throat hit. Tried Panda with same juice right beside of it. So So throat hit as well be more for sure.

ERoll vapor, well, kind of ok, Panda vapor..kind of OK as well but more of it. Panda wins.

Try against the next best 510, more vapor and more throat hit. Genaric 3.7v 510 wins.

Lets try against a wimpy 510 that is set at 3.4... Wooo Hoooo, the eRoll can beat this wimp. Lets try a Blu, eRoll wins again.

Tries eRoll against LiFePo4. Woop ti doooo, eRoll beats cell meant to increase mAh for it's size at the expense of amps.

Back to Panda... eRoll looses.

V4L Titan arrives, it slaps the Panda around. It smashes the eRoll.

Remembers.

eRoll hardest hitting. Pffffttttt
eRoll clouds of vapor Pffffttttt

Tosses eRoll in pocket then lifts heavy box. eRoll gets smashed and leaks all over. I wish it had been threaded.

Wants to destroy eRoll...Gives $100.00 worth of eRoll stuff away instead.

thinks eRoll fans should have said. Hits harder than others I have tried instead of hits hardest.

------

conclusion. If the numbers don't add up do not buy until questions are answered to satisfaction. See what it was compared against first. Would have still missed that tank was a weak link.

Has not found the Hammer of Thor but has found one that beats all that I have tried (is there a harder one out there, maybe, just not found it yet). Knows better than to make absolute statements.

Maybe one day I will say "What a throat hit form such a small device" Can say that yet. Maybe one day I will say "Wow, look at those clouds" Maybe one day but not yet. Found one closer to it that all others I have tried but not quite there yet.

Will be skeptical when I hear hardest and clouds when the numbers cannot support it and will always have a hard time with the word best even when the question is tightly defined.

 my husband would roll with laughter about this,,,,,,,,,he calls me his little wuss

and Howdy, neighbor!!!!!!!!

My wife and I have a saying sometimes when we joke with each other: you can take the (boy/girl) out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the (boy/girl).

Hijacking my own thread... bad.
