Cigar Humidor Fluid

I used to be an avid cigar smoker and when I was cleaning out my closet this weekend I found a large bottle of Propylene glycol which is used to keep humidors, well, humid.

Can I use this solution to keep my atty's moist when I am not using them after I clean them to prevent them from drying out? I assume its the same PG we get in juice except maybe not food grade or something.

There are several grades of PG with different degrees of purity. USP is pharmaceutical grade and the one which is used for e-liquid. Unless your bottle specifically says USP on it I don't think I'd use it.
