I placed my order with Cignot on Monday morning, and it was in my hands this morning. I had heard tales of their fast shipping, but they really must have some dirt on the postmaster general to get things shipped so quickly. Vicki was so nice and patient with all of my questions too! I will be a lifelong Cignot customer, they are amazing!

Yup, most here will agree with this. I have always ordered my hardware from them, and while they are not the cheapest, they do have excellent genuine products and excellent customer service. The one time I thought I had a battery issue they were very helpful, and it turned out it was my fault (I didn't screw the batt on tight enough I guess), but they were ready to replace it under warranty in case the issue was indeed the battery. I have order from other vendors, had issues and one in particular did everything in his power to blame it on me and refused to make things good. ---This is a not a registered vendor here though, so just a heads up for everyone about Valley Vapor... be wary
