Flew from Cinncy to OC a couple weeks ago with a layover in DFW. Had my EGO in my shirt pocket, spare bat, 2 extra cartos(filled), a 15ml bottle of 18mg Butter Rum and a charger in a quart baggie in my carry on.
Put my EGO, keys, change and belt in the little bin, the carry on on the conveyor and walked through the metal detector. No one said a word or give it a second look.
Took a vape break in the restroom midway thru each leg of the flight and puffed away in a quit corner of DFW terminal without a problem.
All in all, from a nicotine point of view, best flying experience I've had since they banned smoking on airplanes!!
