in australia, thanksgiving means internet sales from (mainly) usa companies, and I'm thankful.
Well, I survived another Black Thursday (nee Friday) @ Wartmart (working, not shopping), then the car literally died on the way home. Managed to coast with a dead engine onto the street where I live, walked a block home, exhausted and with great shoulder pain. 
Sorry to hear, well, all of that, Jefsview. I'm glad you got home, and hope the shoulder gets better.
Hope you have an honest and competent mechanic who finds it is a $2.50 part, he had one on the shelf, and no charge.

I bought a car once, from a relative. The only known problem was that it would die for no apparent reason, at totally random times.
One ignition switch later, and it was fixed. It took me an hour and $50 to replace it.

OMG!! Are you serious about working at Walmart???
They (the workers) were having a protest/boycott at the one near here today...
people couldn't get there 100 dollar tvs though if they fairly compensated all there employees
there was an interesting comparison between the share price performance of walmarts and tesco and the difference in the way they treat their employees.
and of course I can no longer find the article. but their stock performance is comparable, but what they pay their staff and how they treat them isn't. working for tesco is sooooooooooooooooooo much better, tesco has much higher employee retention and satisfaction, health care, higher than minimum rage pay, and yet they both perform the same on the stock market. and I'll try and find the article, because you shouldn't believe random people on forums without citations.

Just got caught chargeless!!!!
Brought both my 650mAh batteries with tanks on them to the Turkey Day party, and used both. 5 minutes ago, one blinked empty, so popped it on the charger.
Then catastrophe!!! The other battery blinked.

(pulled out my old Logic with a carto I had refilled with some eliquid like 5 weeks ago!!!! Still has a charge. I feel like I'm trapped in a sunken submarine, surviving on a small bubble of air... Two new VV will arrive by 11AM tomorrow, the others aren't yet charged....
The horror. The humanity. The wife rolled her eyes, gave me a PFFFFT, and went upstairs..... <sigh> )
