Hi Kandicat!

I apologize for taking so long to get back to you on this issue - the holidays sure have kept me busy! There are a few flavors we have that will ship with a cloudy mixture due to some of the oils in the flavor itself. For our Cinnamon Danish Swirl, it happens to be the cinnamon flavor in it that gives it this affect. But I certainly wouldn't want you to waste another Clearo!

My suggestion would be to let the flavor sit for a week, at room temperature and not in direct sunlight. After a week, be sure to shake up the bottle again and if the mixture continues to have a cloudy texture that does not disappear after a few seconds, you should toss the bottle and send us an email or give us a call - we will gladly replace it with the same flavor (and check to make sure it is no longer cloudy), or even send you another flavor of your choosing.

Again, I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience.
