Hi Tim, I placed an order on 21-Nov-2013 Order #14453. The eGo Battery I received is not working anymore. It does not charge nor does it work. Tim I would like to claim my warranty on this product.

Hi tim I was planning to buy more cartomizers and ejuice. I would like to claim the refund or the gift certificate on the defective battery (Order# 14381). Just like you told me that whenever I order next just leave a message. It is a lengthy shipping process, so I would like to order as soon as possible. Thanks Tim.
