My number is on the list, but couldn't swear (under the penalty of perjury) that I received the call(s). I've had so many spam calls that I'd be surprised if I didn't, but can't swear I did.

I don't think it matters. There is a record of all the numbers called, and if your number is on their list, that is proof enough.

That was my first thought as well when I saw the blank asking for my phone number. What if they are just trying to update their list of phone numbers to feed into their robo-caller?

And for sure the class action suit is real. You can research this on your own.
And NO, they don't want your SS #.
As I said, 2 of my 3 cell were on the list. I gave my name and address when I completed a claim form. It read the court case and settlements will be completed 1st of July 2018.
What this has do with is,,,,,,,,, are you entitled to any money from this class action suit. That you probably knew nothing about, till now.

if memory serves,, the payout is 'Up to $300',, you may get $1 (i'm guessing) or $100 or whatever up to $300.

i have a block caller app on my phone,,,,,,,i block calls as they come in if i dont know the number or it comes from a state where we have no family or friends
