I am seeing mention of items sold in the classifieds and haven't been able to find them.
Ive probably missed an obvious sticky telling me that I have to be here a certain amount of time, have a certain amount of posts, or even haven't realized its right under my nose, but can someone guide me?

Ok thanks. I read through everything and it seems like a form must be completed which I am not seeing.

I switched from my iPad as it said that may cause problems, and am still at a loss.

Edit:

I read more thoroughly and figured out I can be verified through Paypal.
