Cleaned out an atomizer and now it barely produces any vapor

I got a new atomizer to try out dripping, and i followed this guide to prepare it for use. It produces barely any vapour; it is 2.2Ω so im using 3.8V.
Not sure what is going on

I'm lazy and don't want to read all that right now, but it may be that it is flooded. blow it out a little and try again. or just vape through it. for some reason when I drip (I use a regular SR 510 atty) I can only put in about 2 drops or it gets flooded.
