I have found that I like dripping more than using carts. Being somewhat a newbie at dripping, I only know to keep the atty moist and can easily tell when I need more drops. After a day or so of steady dripping I am starting to get more and more of a burnt taste so I figure I need to clean them.

I use a V2, High Bridge DSE801 attys from PS, and a Super T tip. When the batteries are fully charged, I go easy on the throttle as not to burn the juice. I drip 4 drops to start a vape session and 3 drops to re-fill.

First of all, am I drip vaping correctly?
Secondly, can I get some hints on the best cleaning method?

Anytime you start to get a burnt taste drip some more, it's getting dry.

After ruining a few 801's I found the best way to clean is run them over warm/hot water for a minute or so. The lightly blow from the bottom, rinse some more, set it upside down to dry. It will take 6-8 drops to re-wet it after cleaning and may take a little bit of use to get it to fire like it use to.

I use to drip a lot but now just use 801 carts, occasionally I drip but anymore I'm just to lazy...

Oh, I have every imaginable 801 device too. (home made batt, passthru, Silver bullet, Indulgence, etc)

Whats the difference between the High and low bridge? I can't tell which one I have.

Just that. The Bridge refers to the raised center part. On an 801, a high bridge must be almost 3/4" higher than the base, while a low bridge is well less than 1/2". Supposedly, the high bridge wicks the juice out of the cart better. But, I am using them without a cart and just dripping a few drops of juice directly on the atty.

I am not sure whether a high or low bridge 801 is actually better for dripping since I have not tried a low bridge yet.
