I'll rinse out with warm water then I use a small Tupperware type container with enough 190 proof Everclear in it to swish things around for a bit. Take out and use canned air to gently blow off the excess then leave open until the Everclear evaporates. This may not be correct but it is working for me.
You can wash them out like you would any other clearo, I usually rinse them out with hot water, shake out as much water as I can then put it on a battery and pulse/dry burn it. It has a wick inside, I have done this with my vision nanos.
It will cut the stuff that water won't quite get, not totally necessary but it evaporates pretty quick and gets some of the leftover water out.
When you get through, you can have a toast on a job well done too.
