Opinions are often mixed on the subject of cleaning methods. On the BVC coils, I prefer not to dry burn them (although FWIW I tend to be more of the mindset of use and toss rather than try to clean ;) ).
While it's still wet you can probably get away with some short dry burns just to knock some of the gunk off the coil, but care should be taken since the construction on the inside of the head is very similar to a traditional cartomizer, so doing so once the filler material is dry runs the risk of burning the filler material.

I've tried every way possible, and they are just never the same again after cleaning. I haven't tried it with the new cotton ones, so maybe it's changed. But based on my experience in the past, it's just not worth the effort. When a bvc coil is done, just toss it. Or better to be careful when switching flavors too drastically.

I use an ultrasonic cleaner and use a dash of baking soda in hot water from the faucet. I run it twice, rinse and replace with plain hot water, and run twice again. Then let them air dry over days of time. I never dry burn because I believe, take on faith, that the ultrasonic cleaner dissolves and shakes off the crusted residue. I check ohms with a meter and if I get a reading and it's somewhere near specs of new heads I'll feel confident and expect clean results. Mostly, that's what I get. If not, it's toss and replace with new.

I do the same. I always stock up when MFS has the 40% off deals... so worth it...

I don't suppose MFS has a notification system or newsletter service? Or do you just keep checking? Would love to load up on some BVC's, I am a use and toss, never even considered cleaning.....didn't know you even could.

They do have a newsletter. Electronic Cigarettes | E-Liquids - MyFreedomSmokes register with them and they will email you about sales. I think it's safe to say they do the sale every 2 (or so) months... They say limit 2 per type of coil usually but I've been able to sneak past with more...
And, always check the steals and deals thread on ECF, one of us almost always posts the sale there when we get the email about it

Yep I get stuff from them all the time on different sales going on. Just register with them. On their coil sale you can only order 1 pack of coils for your mod and get the second 40% off. I have 3 different tanks so I can order all 3 and get 3 at 40% off. They have that sale every couple of months so I never run out.
