Whats the best way to clean CE2 Royal Smoker cartomizers? Its not really for maintenance purposes, just to change juices.

I boil 'em in water (all rings removed) for 10 or 15 minutes and then soak them in white vinegar overnight. Then I dry burn them 10 seconds at a time until the coils glow bright red, knock the ash off the coils using a needle, fill and use. I don't wait for anything to dry as there is no filler (obviously) and the wicks retain little moisture. I've used the same regiment for about 6 weeks now without issue.

Just be sure to flick the water or vinegar out of the tanks during the cleaning cycles. Flick it out as you would flick a thermometer.

Some folks use vodka instead of vinegar. I've used both. The vinegar is cheaper and I'm far less likely to drink it rather than use it for cleaning.
