my dad bought one with an Atlantis tank and his tank spilled all over it. Well i cleaned off the contact but now the button sometimes will not work. When i do get it to work it will sometimes just be sitting there and fire up. I noticed it just in time to not ruin my coil, however i don't know how to clean the thing since it is essentially a battery!

has anyone had this problem before and how did they fix it. If i have the atty disconnected you can tell its trying to fire on its own because it will try and start firing yet say NO ATTY CONNECTED!

I worked some of the juice out by repeatedly pressing the button over and over again, but most of it is still stuck in there!

thanks in advance for any help.!

UPDATE* Just right now i got it to turn on took a couple vaps then after a few hits it went into 10s shutoff mode. NEED HELP! lol

My goblin tank leaked all over my istick 50w also and same exact thing happend. I tried cleaning it best as I could put it in a bag of rice. It would fire by its self, continue to fire after I let go of the button. Its basically junk now.

I thought I had read people spraying some type of cleaner for electronics on the internal parts, and let it dry really good. I've haven't tried it, but its an option. So yeah maybe look into that type of cleaner, but make sure to let it dry good.

Search auto fire istick 50w in google and that thread where someone used that cleaner should pop up.

this size fits if u ever decide to try. Once you take the top plate off every thing slides out together. The fire button falls out but its pretty easy to out back in.
I had mine apart, but nothing looked wet from liquid. I dunno, it did something to screw it up though. Best bet maybe just let it sit in a bag of rice for a good 24 hours.
I didn't have much luck. It would seem to work fine for awhile then started going crazy again.

I got it apart, got some rubbing alcohol and put some on the board, fire button, the inside fire button and surrounding area with a q-tip. I then dried it off with a paper towel. I put it all back together and now the damn thing doesn't want to turn on at all HAHAH

If i plug it in to charge the led screen will still turn on and tell me the watts/volts however i cannot manipulate anything. And when i unplug it i get no response from anything.

any ideas?
