Cleaning syringes and supplies

What's the best way to clean my DIY stuff? The water here is full of minerals so using that is probably a bad idea... Should I just use vodka? Perhaps draw some in the syringe, shake and then push it back out? The simplest method is what Im looking for..the syringes say single use but I plan to reuse them

Yes, if you are concerned about the quality of your water use pga or high % vodka. I just use hot tap water and dry with a paper towel. I doubt any thing bad can survive in a water heater and most of the minerals are left behind at the bottom of the heater.

If water quality is an issue . You could use de-ionised (distilled) water. It would be much cheaper the alcohol.

I just use hot water.

I use lemon juice and hot water

I use isopropyl alcohol to clean and sterilize and filtered water to rinse
