Cleaning Tanks?

So I'm still a noob here and I moved on to the Halo G6 mini-tanks from the cartomizers which just didn't click with me. My question is how often should you clean the tanks? Obviously when you change juices which I've done with my three tanks, but I've got one tank I'm using exclusively with the longhorn which I like. I'm just wondering if repeated refilling will gum it up faster than washing it every refill or couple of refills.

Thanks,
Eric

It's all personal preference and will depend on what type of liquid you're using. I can literally go 2-3 weeks between cleanings with a new coil and using a clear, non-sweetened liquid. Add a drop of sweetener and it turns to sludge by the end of that tank. Sweet & any type of colored liquids need to take a bath more often.

actually the thickness doesn't have as much impact on coil life
as does the juice content or sweeteners...

if you THINK performance is dwindling - clean it
it only takes a minute - and get in the habit of, clean it BEFORE it gunks up...

I have a couple juices in tanks that never gunk or foul (vapes well for weeks & weeks)

then others that start going bad before 1st tank is gone (bummer)

so a lot of factors play a part, just get to know what your using

levels of cleaning

- hot wtr rinse / dry / vape
- hot wtr rinse / dry burn / rinse / dry / vape
- rebuild coil with wire and wicking

:)
