They appear to be a reseller for heaven-gifts.com, a China supplier. EMS shipping and the same pics as HG kind of give it away. But to answer your question, I do not have personal dealings with them.
I have not ordered from this website. It looks legit, although I'm not pro. I did a search on it though and all I saw is that they ship from China and they have slow shipping. But I also found some people who said they got their stuff, so either way I guess. Heh. I ordered mine from rrvaporz.com which seems to be cheaper, but then again I don't know what you're lookin' at buyin', I got the KR808 and I love it! ^_^
cleansafesmoke is a drop shipper. That means you are basically ordering from Heaven-gifts in China. They ship it to you. You could just order directly from heaven-gifts in that case and not pay the middleman. Especially if there is any reason to have warranty exchanges and the like. Much easier than trying to go through a third party. That said, I did order my very first kit from them. It did arrive within about 8 or 9 days. Everything worked so I have no idea on how an exchange or replacement for a faulty item would be handled.
I would suggest just ordering from Wholesale & Retail Best E-smoking Supplier, or Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail they have good prices too and it wouldn't be through a 3rd party. Anyway good luck in your decision.
How are HG's juices? The prices are pretty good, I can deal with the longer shipping if the juice tastes good. Not to mention those $6 LR atty's...

i placed an order with them on 5-15 (with upgraded shipping) and have yet to receive a tracking number. wrote an email yesterday but no response so far. kinda getting edgy...
How does the middle man make any money if the prices are the same? Sorry I don't mean to hijack this thread, it's just something I've been wondering for a long time.
update: i received my order today (after getting the tracking number on saturday) but they sent the wrong juice, it was supposed to be a 30ml bottle of unflavored/0mg instead i got unflavored/24mg... wrote customer service, we'll see how it goes...
Wow that blows. The true test for how good a company is, is how they right their wrongs. All companies make mistakes now and then. Keep us updated.
I placed an order on 08-22 with Priority Shipping, because the Shipping on their website says that with Priority Shipping I should receive my order in 5-6 days. I am still waiting for the tracking number. I hope it's going to pan out as I stated to them that I needed my order right away. They did follow with an email to me on 08-22, but I've not received any communication from them since that time. Crossing my fingers. I didn't know that they were a drop-shipper, but the prices were cheaper than other sites and I thought they were U.S. based.
