Speaking as someone who fell for this trial deal, I'd advise you to cancel it as soon as possible (before your 15 days are up and they end up charging your credit card) and go ahead and order the 510. Trust me...you'll be much happier.

Yup, cancelled the day after it had been shipped out, as I said on the first page. I intend on buying a 510 kit anyways from evapers, I was just hoping the cleansmoke would get me through till next payday. Looks like I'll be smoking analogues this weekend while I wait :(
Side note, VERY impressed with vapables, my marly-boro juice got here ......edly fast.

Woops! Pardon me. I've been so busy reading things here that I completely forgot about your previous posts in this thread. :pAnyway...enjoy your new purchase and yes, I agree about Vapables. Very speedy shipment!

OMG!!! I'm so glad I came across this forum!
I saw the advert for the cleansmoke free trial on facebook of all places and ordered the trial. I had a dumb moment and didn't think to read the terms and conditions so I failed to see the "you will be charged GBP 69" 8-o
Having found this thread I jut called them and cancelled. Just hope I'm in time to not get charged.

UPDATE:
Called customer service again. This time I was informed that the product had never actually been shipped (contrary to what I had been told Jan 14) and that my subscription was currently 'pending'. I have no idea what that means (She said maybe there is a shortage of the product?), but I guess I can stop checking my mailbox now. I almost get the feeling that this company is waiting for your trial to be almost over before they even ship it out. In any case, nothing has been charged to my card, so I am going to take a hint here and move on.
I guess I should have taken a hint when I called and asked the woman to verify the address I had supplied and her response was "Err.... well... why don't you just tell me the address and I'll tell you if that's it?"
SKETCHY!
Especially when you consider that on January 17, I got this email:

"Dear Martin,

Thank you for selecting us for your health and beauty needs. We trust you are enjoying cleansmokelife.com/lp2.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the next supply of your order will be delivered to you shortly and your account will be charged the agreed upon amount for the purchased product.

The product can be identified under the following line item on your bank statement: PROBODY

If you have any questions, please either call one of the customer service contact numbers below or visit our customer service site for more options. "

I found this email especially alarming since I got it on the 17th. 3 days after I had already cancelled my subscription.

My advice to anybody considering this product would be DON'T. I read fine print and as a result, I didn't get burned. But by attempting to follow their procedures for actually getting a "Free trial" I also did not receive any product. So indeed it was "Free" but there was no "trial". From now on I'll be sticking to the verified Canadian vendor list on this forum. And I strongly suggest you all do as well. I only hope that I can prevent somebody else out there from getting sucked in by this questionable company.
That's my two cents on the subject.

UPDATE 2:
Just received a letter in the mail today (MARCH 8!!!) telling me my 10 pack of e-cig carts were turned away by customs. Strange since I ordered them 2 months ago (and cancelled them a couple days later). Still no charges on my visa though. This just keeps getting better and better. A company that makes a living preying on unsuspecting people looking for an alternative to smoking. And yet they cannot even legally ship their product to you. STAY AWAY!
I'll be sticking with my 510 from evapers and my juice from vapables. Enough said on this topic!

Sorry to dig up this somewhat old thread, but I wanted to give my 2 cents on the topic, I also live in Canada and this was the first E-Cig I got, the shipping took a month or so. Luckily I used a prepaid card and there was no money on it for them to charge me a second time... So I scammed the scamers :thumb:

The package shipped from Edinburgh if I remember right.

The unit itself actually isn't too bad vape wise, but the carts are damn near impossible to refill without a syringe. Mine also came with a car cigarette lighter to USB adapter, which on it's own is super handy.

Not bad for 5 bucks.:D

Hi im in Australia and ordered + recieved one of these cleansmoke kits, i smoked it first time and it was great but then i tried to put another cartridge in and i stupidly broke the atomizer... anyone know where i could get a new atomizer from? and refill cartridges? btw i rang the customer service number and told them it doesnt work, they canceled my trial strait away! so it was good value for money if i can still use it.
what do ppl here think are the best e-cigs? ciggies in Australia are now over $16.00USD a pack of 25 marlboroughs!
