Clear Ego DCC Question

Has anyone tried these?
Clear eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer

I wanted to try them but, call me crazy, the third picture on there shows the threading and it doesn't look like its even compatible with an ego.

they work with the ego.. I tried 1 out of the 5 I bought and its just like the black, except that filling it is a lot better because as the joose wicks,its easy to see when the carto is full, and while vaping its easier to see when its going dry... they hit just the same as the black, my only concern being as its a thicker plastic then say a clearomizer, how long they will hold up
