Good afternoon minions.

Not a very good day for me at all. Remember the issue with USPS where the entire batch of orders dropped on Monday updated to delivered? Well, e-mails are pouring in, and it's been a royal nightmare. Why? Because some folks seem to completely miss the point that once I drop off a package at USPS, it's *out of my hands*. If something goes wrong with USPS, it's their responsibility therefore there's little I can actually do in a speedy manner (which is also irritating). Some folks believe I can actually just walk down to a facility and say "Hey, give me back the packages." Others are dumping all the work on me, saying it is unacceptable for them to actually call USPS about *their* package, and that I should be doing everything myself.

It is quite disheartening, I try to go the extra mile and a few times I've resent the package at my expense way too soon and they end up with two packages, but it looks like no matter how much I try there's always a select few that don't appreciate anything and simply demand fast reaction from someone who no longer has direct influence over your package.

They have been doing a lot better specially after a few talks with the manager, it's just that when everything goes smooth you barely get feedback, but when something goes wrong for even one out of one hundred folks, you'll definitely get an earful.

Had an order that I was tracking start out in AZ then hit Columbus OH then Charleston WV... then went to VA and said out for delivery... called the vendor and he said choice words... but also said that hopefully it will head back into my state and if it wasn't here in 2 days to let him know and he would send a replacement. at least we had tracking. Yes I called the PO here but he also called there too just to find out what was going on with it and why this happened. I continue to buy from this vendor because he always follows up and makes sure I received it and that all is well.

Granted, I am more patient than most. Not sure if it is my age and remembering where you pretty much had to order everything and then wait and there was none of this instant gratification or if it was Alaska and knowing that it just takes longer up there and you learn to be a little patient. Still it is the attitude and attentiveness of the vendor when there is a problem that determines whether I will order from them again or look elsewhere.

ADD: That is always the case... they expect it and don't think to praise

Agreed. In this case it's about 25 packages who were wrongfully scanned as Delivered. I've already talked with the P.O. manager and gotten some info, but for those folks who e-mailed me one or two times more, I encouraged them to call USPS too, which would help as well. But when they completely deny their need to call them, and simply rest everything on my shoulders, it's quite hard. While I understand the frustration, they are barking at the wrong person. I can respond if USPS ultimately screws it up completely, and resend the package, but they are using an aggressive tone implying this is my fault and I should fix it on the spot when I simply can't. I paid $55 for Priority Express on the last shipment of bottles, which should arrive overnight guaranteed. Well, 12 days later, nothing, nada. I called USPS and once I opened the case, I called the suppliers. It's about working with the vendor, that's what I believe. So I completely agree with you.

Welcome to the instant gratification, I shouldn't have to do anything to get what I want age. I'm sorry these people are being donkey-hats! May the rest of your week be much better!

How can any idiot expect their package to say shipped 1 day and out for delivery across the country the next day? I can see why they might contact you about it but your explanation should make more sense than that does. People are crazy.
It's worse than that, it wasn't one day after, it was an hour after shipping it updated to delivered.

They probably assume that you're just passing the buck. Of course, we all know what happens when one assumes....
Pretty much. I can pretty much try to just stay calm and repeat myself over and over, but things like "Your customer service is awful" really annoy me. If I'm telling you that I personally went down to the P.O. to speak with the manager, and then I ask you to call USPS because all I can now do is wait the usual 2-4 days for delivery and you still request more info, what else am I supposed to actually do to provide you with good customer service?

Hi there guys

I've received my second order from Bionic, amazing by the way

I'm just wondering if there's any update on my first yet, I ordered it about 2 months ago (order #1859) around the time you were planning a move and it might have gotten lost in the lurch, any updates?
During the relocation eh, will get on it right now.

Pulled all the info on it. Indeed, this was part of both the relocation and the massive influx of orders from Australia. I thought I had covered everyone who ordered from over there. Will get you sorted right away, I'll prepare a replacement package and ship it tomorrow.

And this right here is why I love working with small businesses. The personal touch. Jorge keep doing what you're doing. You're changing lives, man, and doing a darn good job of it too. Can't wait to try your juices and make an actual order instead of a freebie.

Indeed. I like rooting on guys like this. It reminds me of entrepreneurial endeavors of yesteryear.
