..how are you doing?

It always make me happy and heartened when I see the lives of deserving people take a turn for the better. Other than that, same as usual...mostly like water off a duck's back. Never sweat the petty stuff and never pet the sweaty stuff. And it's mostly all petty stuff when you boil it down.

That looks like something I'd like to play. I've become partial to the Havok physics engine (used in Skyrim, The Last of Us, et al), but this looks pretty fun. Are you enjoying it? I have an instinctual aversion to the forced Steam monopoly and a new platform isn't in my current budget plans so I'll have to wait until it comes out for PS3, but I think I'll give it a go when it does.
I am enjoying it. The combat system is very Batman-esque, if you have tried any of the Arkham games, with bits of Assassin's Creed thrown in for exploring. I run around with an "I do what I want" attitude in it a lot and randomly run into trouble, lol.

I enjoy Steam's services, so its not a problem for me. I also tend to get a lot of discounts or freebies. ($35 Shadow Of Mordor pre-order, free Borderlands: The pre-sequal preorder.)

Most people do. I know I miss out on a lot of advantages. It's more of a psychological thing with me (I refused to use Windows from 1985 until 1998 which is weird because I was perfectly comfortable using MS-DOS). I hate someone thinking I must simply accept that they can compel me to do anything as a normal matter of course. This has caused me lots of self-inflicted undue trouble and even caused authorities to compel me, against my will, to be psychologically evaluated...only to reveal that I am a certified non-conformist with anti-authoritarian tendencies. I could have told them that, if they had only asked.

I don't have water and may not all winter so not going to be boiling anything for awhile at least unless it at least trickles a little faster that it is now. As I told hubby, when winter fully hits here that I can at least go out and collect snow to melt since we won't be getting off the hill for weeks at a time. :D

I get where you're coming from, though. Like I hate being forced to use Origin for games and have only used it to play Battlefield with some friends. I also think Activision and Blizzard (after Activision acquired them) are terrible companies and I refuse to buy their games and will only play them if someone lets me borrow or gifts them. I don't like the way they operate or treat customers, so I don't support them. I miss out on some games I would probably enjoy, but meh.

I had to do that one year. It sucked. Alternated bumming showers off of friends and family and using public facilities. I had quite a collection of milk jugs and various containers I dragged back and forth before it was over. Believe me, I truly feel for you.

Thanks... not only me but a family of 3 here so now I also feel I need to supervise the menfolk to keep them from making it worse. I seemed to handle the no indoor plumbing stuff better when I was younger than I do now. It makes thinks like making spaghetti for supper a challenge and then dishes... can't run dishwasher... have to heat water on the stove because washing dishes in cold water just doesn't work well. I have 5 gal water cooler jugs but about kills me to lug them around LOL

Yeah, my situation was a breeze compared to yours. I certainly didn't have your compounding issues to deal with. Try to keep your guys focused on taking care of the totin' & haulin' for you, if they're at all amenable. Hopefully, it will be a short lived inconvenience.

I kinda felt the same way about Bethesda after their Skyrim, Hearthfire add on for PS3 debacle and all their buggy glitches they refused to address in a timely fashion, but I've calmed down a little bit since...until they screw me over again anyway...and they probably will.

Check this out,
I worked today and on my way home I figured that I would stop at a local vape store. It just opened recently and I thought I'd go see what they had.
I was gonna buy a dripper if their prices weren't outrageous, so I asked about an Igo-w that was in the display case.
He told me $15.99, and I hesitated. He said "I have a Kayfun for $25.00"
I looked it over and bought it.
Took it home, and this is the incredible part, I built a working coil, put cotton in it, and it actually WORKS. :D

I have watched many videos on building one (using one) and I am astonished that I got it working, first try.
And it works awesome!!!!!!

Wonderful flavor.
My build came in at 3 ohms, I'll continue to work on that, but I am proud of myself for actually getting it to work.

I forsee more of these in my future:)

3 wraps came out to 1.9 ohms.........very happy with this Kayfun clone.

I vaped a whole tank with the 3.0 ohm build.

Cleaned it and did the 1.9 ohm build without any problems.

The only problem is I have a nicotine "buzz" from vaping this thing so much:D

First build I was kinda scared of messing up, so I didn't use my favorite liquid.........this time it's filled with my favorite, and it's delicious.

To me, getting into the rebuildables was a game changer for me...I love being able to build it to my desired ohms and wicking material...and it really brings out the flavor so much better! Yes, you can get a nicotine buzz from it...that's why I had to lower my nic when I started with them...you're doing good and before long you'll be wondering what took you so long to finally do it! I know I did! :D
