For regular biscuits the recipe on the clabbergirl baking powder can is the best I've found. For Buttermilk get either Alton Brown's or Bobby Flay's from the foodnetwork or cooking channel websites. I've done both and both are good.

Feeling better today I hope?

Have a great day.

sending you some info via PM.

Feeling a little better. My head still hurts and still stuffy and freezing, but the razor blades in my throat have calmed down.

I want to make what my dad always called "cat head" biscuits. I don't know if there is a real name for those or not, lol.

Drop biscuits. Just use a big spoon and a little spoon scoop out a ball or hunk on the big spoon and use the little spoon to scrape it off and onto the baking sheet or pan. or you can use a portion scoop and just scoop em out. You can even dump em into a muffin tin and have them shaped like muffins. The bigger and thicker the scoop or hunk the longer it will take to bake them through. Do a search for drop bisuits to compare temps and times. Cooks.com probably has hundreds of them.

I purposefully avoid anyone in a USPS uniform. Afraid it I get near them they'll suck what little brain I have left into the black hole.

Yeah, you're wise to do that...gotta protect what little you do have! :p:laugh:

I wonder if they would get the point if I sent them a thank you letter for all the fun we've had at their expense over this package.

You should do that...but make sure you're there to see the confused looks on their face...I'm sure it would be priceless! ;)
