It's prolly been going for a while and I just didn't notice it until the system was stressed with recent high temps. It got down to about 73 outside over night, so I just opened a window or two and stuck a fan in one for cross ventilation. 82 wasn't too bad (for ONE night anyway). I grew up in the South with no AC, black and white TV and had to walk up hill both ways to and from school LOL. We're fine :) ... but will be glad to have it fixed for sure !!!

Same here, Hobbs. :) Was 20 before I lived with A/C in house or cars, but there are no hills in south FL. :p Here in Chattanooga have plenty of hills and basements. Basements are really good at keeping cool......and ours is partially finished. :D Hubby's "man cave" right next to his workshop........He picked out this house before I laid eyes on it. :sneaky:

I do have a lot of tips, Dale; but not one for each day of the year......yet. :D And, remember, I change out my tips several times during the day. Plus, hubby has his tips too.
Yes yes, I know you do ... and there is Hubby's too

Sooooo .... up in the hundreds :D

Happy Sunday MHMountaineers! :)

Love having Sunday breakfast with you all and reading those truly inspirational quotes.

Hope you get your AC fixed soon Hobbs. The 90+ temps have been brutal here as well. Really hard on hubby because he has MS. He hates being confined because of the heat.

I don't think I'll ever catch up to you all but my little collection is growing by leaps and bounds. I love every one of my beauties. :)

Thank you...I really need to take a more up to date one sometime, but it's so hard to gather them all together, especially when several are off playing in another room.....Actually @daleron has always been my inspiration...it was her photos in the brag thread that always had me drooling! ;)
Your's is a gorgeous collection!! :)

You aren't the only one drooling. Dale is to blame for it. I love to see all the great setups.
She directed me here a few years ago too...I had to limit my time here.:lol::lol:

Howdy Mountain..Just a fly by to say hello. Hello
Ha, hey there Sirius!! I thought about you just yesterday!
Was reading here and wondered where the heck you were. :

Oh, hope they get it up and running quickly!! :nun:

I have a nephew who lives on Chokoloskee Island. :). He says it gets pretty brutal down there.

My DH LIVES in the basement in his man cave. Our's is finished, but very simply finished. DH finished it out, and put a workshop right next to his sitting/tv area.:lol::lol:
Those men, they DO think alike!!

Morning, JoAnn. :) Morning, LoriP, :)

Every tip is my favorite......while I'm using it. I do keep a list of tips by the names Kayte has given, when made, what height they are and what page they are on this thread.

The basement "man cave" was finished by previous owner. That and the workshop is what sold my hubby on the house.....My "sold" feature was the large laundry room off the kitchen and the master and a guest bdrm for grandma on the first floor.

Lol's, my "sold" features were the nice neighborhood, and in ground pool.
The rest of the house was a filthy disaster, it was an "almost" foreclosure. ;). Nothing that a DEEP cleaning and a fresh layer of paint throughout (including inside closets) didn't take care of, but we did it all ourselves, and it took the better part of a year. But it was a great price, so all's well that end's well I guess.

Why do I always get the blame???

Easy target? . Shoe fits??.
Dare I say "ENABLER"?. :lol::laugh: :D:wub:

 :grr: :pervy:
Because we love you for it!

How else would we get to see the way other MHMountaineers pair those lovely tips with their favorite mods.

We have to get ideas from someplace! :thumb:
Aw, that's nice of you to say but I just opened the thread if you're talking about the brag thread

We need to get that Hobbs to travel around and take photos of our set-ups for us :w00t:

Lovely tips everyone! Love seeing them. Still have all of mine and remember the first one. It was a pretty emerald green one that kayte had made to go with my emerald green Provari. Still have that mod too. May come in handy some day. [emoji6]

Hope y'all are having a nice Sunday. I have been a DB on the beach since this morning. Came in, showered again and now being a DB with the hubbs halfway napping. Feels weird not having something that needs to be done. [emoji28]

Oh I envy you!! It's been too long since my last beach/ocean fix. Well, Feb., but it was too cold to wade.
Vacations are soooooooo nice. :)

Enjoy!! Well, I...better run, my dryer is about to stop ;)

My you guys have been chatty today...I'm just sitting here listening to the storm outside...I love storms, as long as I don't have to be out in them.

Hobbs, hope you get that AC fixed quickly...I know down in this area it can be quite miserable very quickly without one! And like you, I grew up in Alabama and while we had AC at my house, I spent a great deal of my summers with my granny and they had no AC...just lots of window fans for cross ventilation...it was hot, but those were some of the best days!:)

Chooch,we all know I have absolutely zero self control when it comes to Kayte's tips:facepalm:...you don't know how hard it is to sit on my hands sometimes...and like you, I love all my tips and change them out frequently...helps that I always have several mods going at once, so I can have several little beauties to admire at once! ;)

Momma, after I "retired", it took me a year to figure out I didn't have to rush! :p

Angel, I fallen in the habit of using just one setup during the day and changing out just the tip that works with it........which, of course, means I need many tips for each setup!
