I shop a variety of dt makers and it's split 50/50 with some requiring age verification and some not. There's other hand crafted items, like glass tanks, that might fall into the same category. If I had the skills, this might be an opportunity to organize an artisan vaping cooperative using a common shopping cart with age verification in place. We got a couple of years left and in this industry a lot can happen. Geesh, miss the forums for a week and it takes a full day to catch up. Right 2 Vape reported the FDA is answering one question per day and clarifying regulations & to expect changes. The release today said it's ok to troubleshoot devices by b&m's. That's a small step in the right direction.

Those ideas are very good but I expect only temporary measures ---- January 1 is the next big "surprise" as the registration process must be started by then for many, if not all.

IMHO, one should not just assume that the vendor isn't checking age as all systems do not operate the same. One of my long ago vendors put in a system that would verify age years ago, and the on-line buyer would never know it was in place. Of course, some are just ignoring the "problem" hoping it will go away.

Hanging around this place for so long, I've seen all sorts of "test cases" and expect more in the coming months and at a broader scale....

One piece of good news -- I just read (but did not verify) that the FDA has clarified that a B&M can troubleshoot a mod.

Well, shoot! Someone beat me in the shoot out of the Chrysanthemum that was posted on Aug. 4th, Pg 215. There was a Hibiscus Potpourri posted on Sat, Aug. 6th, Pg. that is very red. Confusion reigns!!!

Sorry about the hideous polka-dot green glass. I use them for sentimental reasons. In the 1950's my granddad would get them each time he filled his car up (service stations used to give stuff like this away) and give them to his daughters, one daughter of which was my mom. I have a dozen or so of these glasses and a pitcher too. Yep, they're hideous, HIDEOUS !!! ... but I think "pop" and mom would approve my using them LOL
