Are there ways to make cake without wheat?

YEP - There are many "Flourless" cakes and cookie recipes out there . . . Matter of fact, there are even a number of pre-made "Gluten" Free cake mixes (with the regular ones) in the market too . . . ;)

I'm, hopefully, going into the rehab Hospital to learn how to use my bionic knee. I waited all last week for a bed to open up, but that didn't happen. Hence, the use of the word "hopefully"!

I've spent the past few weeks going to outpatient therapy for two hours a week. The therapists are so busy gossiping with each other and doing paperwork that I probably get their undivided attention for maybe 30 minutes during that week.

At the rehab hospital, I know I will get three hours a day to really work on what I need to learn. I've been there twice before and I know that they really deliver on their promise of three hours. So, I will be "out of pocket" for a few days.. I'm hoping for at least four days of hard work. I really need it. This new Bionic Knee will do a lot of things for me, if I just know how to use the proper actions to "tell" it what I want for it to do. For example, if I do it just right, it will allow me to go down one step by riding the bionic knee down to where my other leg can support my weight. Otherwise, I have to go down stairs in a "controlled fall"... VERY scary with two artificial legs!!!

See you all soon.. With video, I hope !!

Wonder if they could pull my knee apart and put a bionic one in there. Already did the tearing apart on it and they put it back together with plates, screw and part of my hamstring. Would be nice to do stairs without popping, grinding and all the other stuff.

Stayed on longer than normal and now it's time to unplug.

Nite all
