LOL, country girl's always prepared. We've had 3 days of sub 32○ with snow trying to stick. Dang, I'm really gonna stowaway in Ms. Laura's tote and fly away to Haw-why-ya!

Okay I live in Texas in the true northern section. We had a record snow fall of 26 inches in one day. Blizzards at times create drifts of 8-12', wind chills can get to -20. More than long-johns needed here if you are to survive. It is not all hot and dry desert year round.

Wow! That's crazy cold for Texas! Here in SC we actually had snow on the ground for a few days and temps in the teens (here in the midlands). Snow rarely sticks here and when it does, it's usually gone by the afternoon. Lol.
