for what you want... lower ohms as in the 0.15 to 0.12 range and high wattage... for an extremely hot vape. you need a mod capable of handling that, so shop with that in mind. I might not be interested in it myself, but it's hard to miss the info with all the various coil build styles I was looking up. the more surface area on the coil = more clouds, yep alien Clapton, fused... there's dozens of builds on youtube... they're really interesting to watch being built.

I use my iStick 100 every day, it's a great cheap device. Forget about claptons, a standard round wire build with lots of wraps is the way to go. Maximum surface area with minimum mass and plenty of power is a great recipe for big clouds.
The build I have currently in my iStick 100 is 13 wraps of 26G 2.5mm dual coils comes out to around 0.8 ohms and will fog out a small room easily at 80 watts. If I do use claptons I tend to go for single core 26/36 as this keeps the coil mass relatively low and the resistance at sensible levels. Getting big clouds is has more to do with wicking, airflow and lung capacity than it does to do with fancy coils or +100 wattage's in my humble opinion.

see I like flavour and find the claptons give more flavour than plain wire... I've built your style of coil, I just hate wicking them lol.
Highly subjective, flavor has far more to do with the atomizer wicking and airflow than the coil choice. I personally think any perceivable increase in flavor with claptons is due to fact they spit tasty juice all in your mouth hole.

I bought pre built alien claptons coil . I'm not really good at makin em myself yet . I'm probably just lackin on the juice coz its 50/50
The craft aspect of making them yourself is what it's all about imho. If you want big vapor then you will need to up the VG content significantly, consider making the juice yourself, it's easy fun and puts you in control.

True... really subjective. Mine don't spit if set up well though. Guess airflow and draw speed are important here as well.

I like the flavor claptons give... especially for custardy, bakery, desserty kind of juices.

But true... for pure no-nonsense clouds a build like that sonic bomb described will put out.
I say parallel... but it'll work brilliantly well either way.

Btw i like to vape my drippers at 80 Watts atm... so not super-cloudchasey.

mine don't spit... q-tip after refill is my friend! I'm a fruit/candy addict... and now I have double double( Double Trouble ) coffee ... oh yeah... coil killer, but as long as I wick and clean the coil every few days it doesn't need to be. it's going into my new 60w dripbox, too bad it doesn't have the caffeine hit at the same time as the nic lmao.
