I just really like wooden boxes and so far that`s a real nice solid looking wooden box. It`s going to make one sweet mod.

The contradiction of putting an ancient craft and modern electronics together is appealing.
The wood would be more sturdy than plastic boxes, and shouldn't oxidize or rust like aluminum or steel. BTW, is that a 18650 battery?

I want to thank you all for your input and the complements.I have a few more pics almost done just need to paint the pump plunger and apply a few more coats of tongue oil.
Clyde you be one lucky man getting this very sweet looking mod. Nicely done just isn`t saying enough redeyedancer. 
Looks good, I've been working on an oak one too. I'm an oak freak. I don't think there's anything prettier than oak. Well except maybe Birdseye Maple. Your mod is very, very nice and the craftsmanship shows.
Not a fan of oak, but that is a very nice box mod redeye. So how effective is the button for pumping on the bottle? What does the other side look like that is contacting the bottle? Nothing like an 18650 if you got something to put it in to vape with!!!
Oak is not my fav but I had some five quarter in the shed.I hate to wast wood.That sounded dirty oh well.The button works ok and can be adjusted.I think it could use a bit more surface area.I plan to work any bugs out before i send it to Clyde.
