Code printing at top of thread pages + one more

Just wanted to let you know, I'm seeing some code printing at the top of thread pages (but not settings, forum or sub-forum pages). Example here:

Also, any time I post or reply, it tries to duplicate. I say try, because it posts (though doesn't confirm success), and then opens in advanced edit as if it didn't post. If I go back to the thread, the post is there, and looks right, but if I click Submit, then it double-posts.

I first noticed this in the ECF1 skin, and switched to Kirsch2, but am seeing the same results on either one.

Anyone else seeing this?

ETA: Also seeing a very strange occurrence in both skins when trying to edit a post. See this here:

When I click Save, the cursor spins like it's going to save and re-load the page, but just keeps spinning and spinning. Not sure how long it would go, as I got tired of waiting . I just went back to the thread, and it had been saved.

By the way, when editing, if I click "Go Advanced", then it works as expected, and no code at the top either.

One other issue, every time I post in the North Texas forum (where I moderate), it will double-post automatically, without even showing me a second edit window like every other thread (shown above).
