How would I go about making a dual coil build with 24 gauge kanthal that is around .4 or.5 ohms? Also would this be a good buold to put on a sigelei 50 watt box?
Per Steam Engine... no, not a very logical build. At 50 watts with 24 gauge dual parallel coils for 0.4Ω... your heat flux will be a cool 138 mW/mm2.

Although heat flux is extremely subjective... you'd be better off with a single 24 gauge coil, then reduce wattage until you get a desirable temperature, or... use thinner wire (like 26 thru 28 gauge) for you dual parallel build, along with about 40 watts output... then adjust wattage up or down to obtain desired heat flux.

See second hyperlink below for a better understanding of how to "tune" build/wattage for a desired heat flux.

So how would I make a .4 ohm dual coil with 26 gauge ? Like how wraps around what size bit?

Have you checked the coil sub forum to get some ideas? Also, have you reviewed Ohm's law and Watt's law? Both will help you understand what you want to accomplish. State O'Flux has the links to Steam Engine in his sig which is a great tool to do "what if's" before you even put your hands on the wire to make a coil. Always a good idea to have some information before hand to avert a disaster.
Good luck.......
