Coil building calculator?

Awhile back I saw a link to a coil building calculator. You could plug in the ohms that you were targeting, the type of coil you want to build, the wire size you are using and it would give you the inside diameter of the coil, the wraps etc…


Does anyone have that link??

LOL... thanks! I'm not really woried about that. I've been building coils for awhile but I want to build my dual coil Aqua for my MVP2 and I didn't want to waste wire trying to get the ohms above 1.5. I've been using this rta on a mechanical mod and it's easy hitting the .8 ohm mark for that but to be honest, I've never wrapped a 3 ohm coil before. Gotta get two of them to hit that 1.5 mark. Just trying not to waste wire, ya know.

Output: 5.0V------- 1A
Can I use it to charge my spinner 2 or my evod. 900

You still need to meter your builds to KNOW you are safe, an online calculator won't do that. It'll get you close but you can still have shorts.

Yup, you can plug any USB charger into that wall plug that requires no more than 1A to run.
