I just changed my coil and I used the replacement coil for my Heracles plus its 0.2 ohm 316l stainless so I'm just wondering which mode to use on my tc40 eleaf
Good callThank you I'm installing a new coil right now this one wasn't working at all could not fing a setting making weird sounds when I was taking a hit and getting hot really quickly
Umm, the mod he is using has a built in battery and it can fire down to .15Ω in wattage modeoh PLEASE read up on battery safety and temperature control safety. PLEASE!? for the benefit of your safety AND the vape community's. OK? promise me you will. & enjoy that new kanthal coil!

If he was trying to use a mech/unregulated mod, yes safety is huge but with a regulated mod??what does that mean?

what exactly can be done to be safer using the mod he is using?
HUH? Thats the nuttiest thing I have ever heard.I'm not an eLeaf user, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a stainless steel setting. in which case, using that stainless steel coil could cause a catastrophic battery failure, resulting in you losing teeth, losing a piece of your lip, or getting 3rd degree burns. Please be careful when vaping. Learn your battery safety (search: "battery safety e-cigarette-forum" on google, pick a thread, and READ through it, please!) and make-sure you know how to safely use temperature control before using temperature control. ok? maybe google "e-cigarette-forum temperature control" as-well. Do some reading. NEVER build a coil and use it on a mechanical mod without first checking for a short or too-low a resistance, & learn your ohm's law!!
a man just woke up to his body in flames last week due to a bad battery on the charger next to his bed. the battery MAY have been shorted-out while on his mod, and then over-drained (over-used) before he placed it on the charger, which really heated it up, and wound-up ruining his life. you don't want that. treat your batteries correctly, ESPECIALLY when it's a internal LiMn battery (they can REALLY cause damage when they fail, trust me!) and if you're using 18650s, be SURE you know your batt safety and be sure to NEVER EVER EVER use a temp control coil in a non-temp-control mode, or the WRONG TC-mode. it can and it WILL cause a battery issue... & it's almost NEVER a good day for medically induced comas and skin graphs... almost never!! be SAFE, be CAREFUL, and ENJOY your vape journey!
So ifi wanna use vw mode what should I use for coils?
