Burnt or weird taste and weak performance. is often a sign of a dirty wick and coil. Good thing is most coils can be cleaned and rewicked. Never had a coil fail or go bad from use. Have had a few get damaged and then fail, from cleaning and install process, or applying to many watts to the wire. The coil itself should last MONTHS. Will require many cleanings and rewicking to get there, though. Most "coil failure" are really wick failures and operator error.

Thank you ,and how long do they usually last , I know its how much your using it but just looking for an average duration?
I usually get at least a week of I use the tank a lot. Just replaced the coil in my Super Tank after over 5 weeks. I use that tank sporadically though.

You may also see a rise in the resistance. When my 1.8Ω coils go up to 2.2 or higher I know it is about time to change it. I use protank/evod type coils. I keep the used ones in a small bottle of pg. when I get several in there I take them apart, clean them and then rebuild them. Even if you aren't into rebuilding right now you may want to keep your used coils for future rebuilding.
