I accidentally ordered 1.8 ohm aspire coils instead id 1.6 and I'm wondering what tank the 1.8 is actually for because they don't fit in my nautilus mini

Send/take them back to where you got them and exchange for the right ones.

Well i got kanger mini on istick 50w with .5 ohm clapton coil but it reads .7 ohm should i vape it like a .5 or treat it like the svreen says .7 ohm

The Aspire Nautilus BVC coils are what fit in the Nautilus Mini.
You may have purchased the Aspire BVC coils.
Both coils are available in 1.6 and 1.8 ohm.
The Aspire BVC coils fit the K1, CE5, CE5-S, ET, ET-S, and several others.

Can you provide us a link for what you purchased? Some web sites aren't as clear as others about the differences between Aspire coils and what they fit. As already mentioned Aspire "BVC" coils are not the same thing as Aspire Nautilus coils and won't fit.
