I was wondering was everyone's opinions of equipment colors were.
Do you prefer your e-cig to resemble an analog or look nothing like it?
What color LED?

Personally, I like mine to look nothing like an analog so there is no confusion and my favorite color is blue so there's my LED color.
But, on the other hand I'd like to keep one resembling an analog around to mess with people.

Another vote for non-cigarette looking devices.

I'm not rabid anti-tobacco/anti-smoking . . . I'm as addicted as a smoker, after all . . . but I do feel my new habit isn't harmful to bystanders and therefore feel that it *should* be more tolerated by others in public. Accordingly, I don't want any confusion that I'm smoking a cigarette.

My main "out and about" vapes right now are my Screwdriver and my Kissbox, but I expect the JantyStick to be added to that mix when it arrives. Frankly, I'm kind of surprised at how little interest/fuss my vaporizers prompt. But, then, I tend to vape discretely in public, producing little or not vapor (unless I'm in a smoking section). I doubt most people even realize what I'm doing.

Neither here nor there
I want my PV to be black (or red, maybe silver).
LEDs in blue would be nice.
Of course, since SE got me, I have a white atom and orange carts.
I think it would be pretty easy to camouflage the batt with something like self-adhesive paper.
A couple of places I've shopped only have white available, and I don't buy there.

Waiting for the epiphany that is called SD to arrive :)

I got my DSE901 in black for the dark gothy look. Lately I've liked the idea of a more analog looking one, but then I thought about reactions to it's appearance when vaping in places where analogs aren't allowed and decided against it. Upon finding this board and links to all the sites that sell ecigs I've discovered they come in a variety of colors. I'd love to get a red pen style for my next addition to the ecig family when I get the money for it.

I really like the faux wood-grain styles, thinking about getting a 401 over a 510 *only* because it comes in that color. I wish more came that way, it looks classy.

You don't have to buy something just because it comes in a certain color. If you want wood grain, get a small piece of wood grain contact paper. Contact paper is actually vinyl. Wipe your batt with alcohol, carefully cover it, and use a razor knife to trim.

The possibilities are endless.

I like the black or blue ones with a blue LED. My M401 is the black w/gold design which I like. I've just order a 510 black with blue LED from Eastmall. I do like them to have an LED.

I also wanted one that looks like an analog so I have the Titan white w/red LED. I like that one to use around smokers so they'll notice and ask questions. But I don't want to use it around anti-smokers (although the temptation is big:evil:) because they're such foam-at-the-mouth-irrational-zealots and we vapers have to walk a fine line with possible bans looming. I don't want to feed into their irrational zealotry. (OMG! Second-hand vapor! Help! My rights! My rights! I can't breathe!.......8-o).

I do like the sleek look of the minis and pens. (I know I'll probably end up with a mod at some point---but I still think they're gawd-awful ugly and stupid looking....)

So yes, sleek and aesthetically pleasing to look at, with black or blue as fav colours. With LEDs of course.;)

I feel the same way. I love my RN4081, and my M401. I'm totally happy with them. I don't like the analog look though. I have the burgandy batts, and my others are covered with colors. (black, brown, orange, etc,) Non smokers don't notice them, and the smokers always say "What the hell is that?" And at the airports, the smokers want to buy mine. I should get a dozen cheapies, and sell them at the airports.

I like colors and regulars. I like my N-Pro because it vapes clouds of smoke but I have painted three batteries gold. This was a bad idea because the paint scratches off and they look kind of getto now but I don't care because everyone notices it isn't an anolog and asks about it.
I also like my DuraC because it is black with the wide gold band and appears to be a pen,,untill I blow out a huge cloud. I would like a solid stainless and I really like the burgundy as well. I really get some looks vaping on my Dura with the USB passthrough while driving my simi.
Oh yeah, I would really like a solid gold tone, and have been looking for some 3-D stick on paper that I saw a few years back and can't find now.
