Eric is a lifesaver ... or at the very least a stress reducer. I emailed him seeing if there was anyway I could come and get a 510 starter kit because mine from another supplier hadn't yet arrived and I am leaving town for a few days in the morning and my 901 is driving me batty ... anyways ...

Instead of me going to get it he brought it TO ME ... through 5PM Dallas traffic on a Friday ... and the delivery charge wasn't nearly enough to warrant the traffic hassle that he went through.

Amazing service ... a GREAT guy ... just had to share!

I haven't gotten to try the Versus yet because it is charging but the Frost juice is fabulous in my other PV! Can't wait to try the just peachy juice as well.

Eric's customer service is excellent! Even though he can't personally deliver to all of us, he communicates with all of his customers and you're never left wondering what's happening with your order.

Eric has the best cutomer service. He always answers his e-mails in a timely manner. The copper 510 is great. The best PV I have so far and I have alot of them. Keep up the good work.

Hey Eric, I just received my umpteenth order of juice. I have to say that I am quite impressed with how quickly the shipments are getting to Wisconsin from the UK...less than one week! Everything was packed securely and my order was perfect, as always. Thanks!
