If my assumptions are correct, I believe it's just another name for the lavatube mod. Haven't seen the pictures of it yet, but the description of 3-6 volts is a good indicator.
Only thing to do is wait and find out! lol
I will say that the quantity is limited and will only be announced in the GP newsletter.
