Finally have my 510, so here are some quick comments about my previous device, the $19 starter kit at e-healthcigarettes.com.
I've ordered two of these kits (lost the first e-cig). The second has been in regular but light use (maybe one battery charge per day) for about two weeks.
But, it's not a device for serious vapers. I will carry mine as a backup until I have confidence in my 510, then I'll pension it off to one smoker friend or other. Still, at the price, perhaps there's some value to the community. I've seen references to even cheaper prices on third-party sites and in bulk. I've also seen e-cigs apparently identical to this model marketed under other names, and perhaps one of you has info on that.

- Vapor production is quite good. I attribute this to the fact that the cart design plunges the bridge directly into a pool of the juice (which might be why the carts are sealed with foil from the factory).
- Since this approach is essentially dipping, the carts don't last much longer than one analog. I'm a light vaper and one lasts me a few hours, but that's about it.
- The "foil" appears to be plastic-coated, and I occasionally get a taste that suggests that plastic (or perhaps the capsule it seals) is being heated substantially. This is not common, but also probably isn't good.
- The supplied chargers -- which look like cigarette packs -- kind of suck. The two I have never indicate that the e-cig has fully charged. I ordered an inexpensive USB charger from them, and it seems to do the trick.
- The battery lasts a few carts... for me, maybe 2/3 of a day. I think others have reported a fast decline in performance. I haven't seen this yet, but again, I've only used it lightly to get me through until the 510 arrived.
- Draw is pretty good on this unit, compared to the 510 (very good) and the couple of mall kiosk models I have (awful).
- The supplied juice is okay. Similar to the ubiquitous Marlboro juice, with an additional coconut-y thing going on. Passable.
- The size of the e-cig is great if you're looking for something similar to an analog.
- The atomizer has an exposed bridge. I imagine it would be good for dripping/dipping, but there's little point since that's essentially what the cart is doing for you.
- Refilling the capsule inserts inside these carts is possible with a fine-gauge dropper and a steady hand. They are narrow and don't hold much.
- A local tobacco shop sells the same kit for $50, apparently discounted. The shopkeeper seemed anxious to unload his last kits and be done with them. This doesn't really mean anything, other than adding to my impression that complaints abound and the devices aren't a long-term vaping option.
