Comparison Pics Please?

I need to order a backup/out&about mod to use (currently use a Provari Mini). I want something small and short (not long like the 10440). I can't decide between the P+ 16340 or the P+ 18350. I'll be using it with a small tank, and I already have 18350 batteries, but if it's much shorter I wouldn't mind springing for some 16340 batts. If anyone has both and can take some comparison pics, that would be a great help. If you also have a Provari Mini and either of the above, some comparison pics of them together would be even better. Thanks much in advance!

Azhad, thanks for that. But I'd also like some comparisons with the Provari Mini if anyone has both, or all three. And just to add, I don't mind carrying spare batteries, so I'm not too concerned with runtimes.

A provari mini is about as long as the precise 18500, and thicker

LOL Sorry, I just don't do tanks any more. The sight of one makes me queasy. But I support how anybody wants to do anything.

I suggest the Cartomator from Vaporfextion. I got a beveled top and airflow bottom in satin and it matches my 18650 perfectly. You prob won't need the airflow bottom cap anymore with the new P+ caps though. The fit and finish is awesome. I will see if I can dig up a pic of my setup.

Croms, looks very, very nice, thank you. Now I'm torn, I can get the 16340 scratch and dent much cheaper than the 18350 but I don't like the way tanks seem to overhang just a little bit on the 16, from what I've seen. I'm thinking maybe get the 16 and cut down a dc tank to fit a boge carto?

I will say this, the 16340 and 18350 barely look any different in pics, but in person the 16340 is very noticeably thinner and lighter. The height difference is extremely minimal however.

16340 18.5mm 73.0mm 64g
18350 20.0mm 74.0mm 79g
provari 22.9mm 88.4mm 108g

The 18350 is 10% wider, 1% longer and 23% heavier than the 16340.
The Provari Mini is 15% wider, 20% longer and 37% heavier than the 18350.

Other notes - the Provari Mini top cap is tapered to right about 20mm (same width as the 18350).

Personally, I think most tanks are about 19-20mm wide, so they "fit" the 18350 flat cap and the provari mini better. The 16340 would fit a slim tank, or some of the slimmer rebuildable atomizers/tanks better. I find that normal 510 cartos and atomizers look better on the 16340 due to its smaller width.

One last consideration point - if you plan on getting a Kiklet or Strata, I would go for the 18350, as both of those look like they will be designed with the 18 series' width in mind.

edit: for the record, I like them both so much I have both of them

I say 18350. You already have the batteries and new accessories are coming(eventually) for the P18 series.

But i would shoot for a P+18500, because if you like the adjustability of your Provari, you could achieve the same with a P+18500 & Kick, using an 18350 battery.

Yeah, but how frustrating would it be to purchase something and then find out that something that comes out in a month or two would have changed your decision?

I understand what you are saying, but at the same time... that would be vaping for two months with a mod that could have theoretically worked better for two whole months.

Looking back at the original post. The 18500 is outside of the criteria asked...

But a P+18350 + Kicklet
Is still longer than a P+18500...

Jonner still hasnt really mentioned if he is up for a kick purchase, so we are both just blowing hot air.
