Compatability Chart?

I've been wishing there was a chart or something to refer to regarding compatability/interchangeability. I found this Brand and Model Compatibility Chart - E-Cigarette Wiki. It looks like it might be outdated? Anyone know if it is or know of a better reference chart?

Don't know how out of date it is (claims to have been modified last week), but I wouldn't count on the accuracy of the information. Just for fun I looked up M401, and it says it has the same threads as the 510... While technically true, the threads are reversed, so you can only connect batt to batt or Atty to Atty.

I don't know where a better one is, but I'd love to see one. I always have this question when I am looking at equipment and options.
