Compatible Mod Parts

I'm interested in knowing if any of your mechanical mods' parts are compatible with other mods of a different brand.

For example, I wanted to know if the diameter and threading of the sigelei #19 is the same as the Drawtube.

I really like how the #19 looks but the flare on the top cap just doesn't appeal to me, I like a flush top for that hybrid look (and the Nzonic cap even has a small flare to it, boo!). It would be nice to see a #19 with the top cap of a #8 or similar, flat-top connector.

If any of you have any information on the dimensions of these devices, it would be much appreciated!

How about the #8 and #8B? Or any other flat top Sigelei mod available?

EDIT: Nevermind, I just read that the Nzonic cap fits the 8, 13, and 19. Therefore, the cap from the 8 or 13 should also fit the 19 and give it that flush look that I want.
