Looking to move from using just a cart to a tank/cart combo.

Going to try some fairly cheap Smoktech models to start off with but they have a couple of different choices:

Metal Cap
Plastic Cap

Whats the difference (better option) here.

Does it also matter having a dual coil? I have an evod std ego battery. Will it kill it or should i be looking for a single dual tank?

Just one i think im starting to get to grips with the world of ecigs something new comes and smacks me round the face :(
Again, appreciate any help

I actually don't often recommend any of the cheaper cartotanks to novices. The cheaper tanks are made "cheap", meaning they may have been poorly designed or have poorly fitting parts and o-rings. This can cause leaking issues or the tanks sliding off of the cartomizer leading to a disappointing first start into cartotanks. I recommend spending a little more for a better made tank and then you have a better chance to have a satisfying experience. You get what you pay for.

If on a tight budget, I often recommend these: 510 ProDCT Tank Combo. For $22 you can get a complete cartomizer tank of decent quality complete with polypropylene tube (safe for all flavors), metal end caps, and the cartomizers of your choice. I've used these before and can vouch for the quality.

Spend just a little more and get a much better quality pyrex tank with stainless steel or anodized aluminum caps at IBTanked.

I recommend using single coil over dual coil cartos. I recommend two pre-punched holes in the carto.
