What's going on with these heads is after a couple tanks worth of juice runs through them they begin to get a carbon color buildup on them. This is what starts to give you that burnt taste. I have seen this on the single coil and the dual coil heads. You can rebuild the dual coil heads I have done so successfully three times now. I also have one at .9 ohms but am making additional holes for juice flow cause two just won't keep up. For the single coil heads I am using 30ga kanathal by its self no non resistance wire. It works great and is easier to clean between tank fills. I will do a tutorial in the future with good pics and possibly a video. This saying that taste is subjective is not truly correct. Example chocolate tastes like chocolate no matter who ie eating it and most things are like that. So juice should be the same way. How we vape the juice is what is subjective because your preferred method may not be my preferred method. I think what we really need is a variable temperature device customized to the juices we enjoy vapping that would be a game changer for sure.

Ya.. If chain vaping you will need to give it a few seconds to wick in more juice. Before with your lower voltages I'm guessing you didn't ever burn all the juice in the wicks so you never had to wait between puffs. I have to do the same, if I take a handful of draws quickly, it starts tasting a little burnt. Give it some time to rewinding and the burnt taste should go away!

The thing chokes wicking. If you turn up the voltage the only thing you'll get is poor vapor/flavor. I'm vaping on 70/30 Liqua Berry Mix, at 4.6v tastes burnt. If it had a larger liquid reservoir such as a cartomizer the performance would be better. But I'm voting for more holes/larger holes. I hardly see any bubbles coming up, only with dry pulls.
