Thanks again guys!! I have ben congratulated so many times I feel I have won a general election or something. Quitting smoking was easy with e-ciggs(of course snus and snuff have helped too).I hope others reading this thread realize that they can quit also....just stick to your guns!!The Wiz!

What a great Milestone! I've passed two months (quit smoking instantly with my first PV) and thought I was doing good but 1 year is something to be very proud of!

tanimn....I really think the ones who deserve the credit are the ones who have given up nicotine completly...the "Cold Turkeriers" and those who have gone to 0 nic with e-cigs...those are true success stories in my book! Giving up smoking is great....but giving up nicotine use altogether is an "Achievment"! The Wiz!
