Im still waiting to hear back from them. What is the normal response time via email?

I contacted them a number of times related to safety issue questions on a mod. (potentiometer not working as expected).

I never got any reply.

Hope you have better experience ;-)

It's now 8/27 (5 days from OP).
Any reply?
