Contacting Heaven-Gifts?

Hi All,

Apologies if this is the wrong forum - I thought it would be the closest.

Just wondering if anybody has contacted Heaven Gifts before? And what would be the best way to contact them? I tried through both the member to vendor contact on their site and e-mailed them through my own e-mail address.

I had my order sent back by my country postal service and am hoping to get it sent to another address (another country where e-cigs are free to roam!)

Any help on this would be great!

I've found them quite quick to respond through e-mailing: heavengifts@heaven-gifts.com A lot of people for some reason put after sales enquiries on their guest book, but you are better off e-mailing.

A great big thumbs up to heaven-gifts for refunding my order.

I had some trouble trying to get it here and it seems to be stuck at customs and will be sent back to the vendor (eventually...)
